Lalamove - Fast & Affordable

I so so so so so love lalamove but there are things that bothers me, the app keeps on crashing though I do have a strong internet connection, and almost all of the drivers ask me where exactly my location is when I pinned my place properly, but all in all I super recommend the app especially for lightweight and asap deliveries. I love the part where you'd put the pick up location, name and number alsooooo you'd put drop off location, name and number too!!! Aint that a good thing??? Well I do sell milk based products, and it helped us really well when it comes to delivering the products! But I do hope you have a section where in you'd put what the thing is to be delivered. So it would be less of time for drivers to ask and for them not to forget. Thank you so much lalamove! - Milk Based PH

We have been using lalamove for our business and so far we are really pleased. Some issues we’ve been having tho is the real time tracking of the item. It stops at one point after picking it up and it’s hard for us to give updates to the client on where their items are. Lastly we think it would be good to put in like an “item to be delivered box” just to save time in answer them because there have been incidents where the rider canceled because it took us long to send a response and our schedules got delayed. but all in all we love their service.

I would have given u a 4star BUT I have some negative observations 1. Rider came on time at our pick up point BUT he was NOT wearing a Lalamove uniform NO labels on his motorcycle NO Lalamove delivery box to store and SAFEKEEP my item 2. This is what worried me a lot to the point I was skeptical to proceed ... The rider received my item BUT he did NOT give any acknowledgment receipt. As u know here in the Philippines Filipinos are known to be CHEATS Dishonest and are VERY FOND of Stealing so whats my guarantee that ur rider will not steal my item? If ur rider steals my item will Lalamove be liable to compensate me? I highly doubt it coz we DONT have any paperworks to hold onto 3. Rider said he will text me when he arrives at the Delivery Destination and more importantly text me the NAME of the person who received the item BUT never happened Although ur service is fast and reliable in terms of being prompt and actually showing up ur service is VERY RISKY esp if the rider is dishonest

A couple of cases wherein drivers took too long to deliver the parcel and you see them going around different locations and making other stops. I asked a lalamove driver if they are given multiple stops, he said “NO” but some drivers do it but he doesn’t to avoid complaints. I turn to help center in the app, would’ve been a nice feature, but it takes a while before an agent replies to you (too many complaints maybe or insufficient manpower) long enough for you to be occupied by something else, and by the time you remember or see a notif that the agent replied, they already gave you a 3-minute limit and the agent left the chat already. I replied immediately but still my chat log was closed without even getting my concern addressed. Really frustrating especially if you’re in a hurry to get the parcel. Dont get me wrong i wait a reasonable amount of time before i complain.

I started using lalamove just this month and although I haven’t encountered any problem with the drivers (they’ve all been very polite), it’s the app that I have issues with. Booking is easy enough but the real time location doesn’t update well and in my last experience, the driver’s location stayed the same for more than 15min. The bugs need to be fixed for a more smooth transaction. Service wise, I haven’t had any problems. And I love that it’s so much cheaper than other delivery services. The developers need to address the app issues. Will wait for updates.
