We are so grateful for this app because as a member and season ticket holder, the app makes it so easy to see your tickets, game times, how the team is doing. The minute to minute activities and decision made by the team are shared through the app with everyone. The home page makes things easy accessible and creating my own profile is user friendly for me and my family. We love our inner city LAFC team!!⚽️🖤💛🖤💛

First, the positives: visually, the app looks great. Gold on black always does. The ticket and parking features also hold up. BUT: from an LAFC app, I most of all expect a news section filled to the brim with news from the team, features on players/fans, information on LAFC watching parties etc. The videos are nice, but should only complement a more traditional news section (loon at basically any app of the European clubs to see how it’s done!). Also, how about a fan radio!? With some news from the club and live coverage of the games (although I guess that may cause legal problems?).

I used to have some many issues signing into the app, getting information. When the switch was made to Ticketmaster as the account manager nothing worked and it would constantly crash. Now it’s much better and more reliable, everything I need to rep my MLS team within a click or a swipe. I hope this continue 🤞🏾

Ever since the switch this year to using Ticketmaster tickets rather than SeatGeek, I have had nothing but issues using the app accessing, transferring, selling my tickets. The app frequently crashes, I’m unable to edit the price of my tickets once I’ve listed them for sale, and it is a much longer process to access them when they’ve been sent to me. A classic example of if it’s not broke don’t fix it. However LAFC chose to ignore this and create issues where they previously were none.

For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to log in to retrieve my tickets through the app. What a pain it has been. I’m a season pass holder and the lack of support is unreal! I’ve contacted LAFC several times and they never pick up the phone or call back. This app was working fine a while ago but now it’s literally preventing me from viewing the tickets I own. It’s ridiculous really. I’ve deleted and reinstalled many times only to get the same result. It’s pretty useless at this point and I know I’m not the only one having this problem.
