Ladbrokes - Online Betting

I’ve used quite a few betting agencies, apps and sites in the past, some being quite hit and miss and unreliable with poor customer support. I was referred to ladbrokes by a friend and was quite impressed.! Needless to say i now only deal with and highly recommended ladbrokes to any punter. I use the phone app and it’s fantastic, it’s user friendly and easy to navigate. with up to date information, form guides, figures and results. Multiple options make for easy deposits and withdrawals. They also provide great over the phone customer support with friendly staff just waiting to help you in every way they can. I regard it ridiculous that I have now been excluded from promotional benefits such as bonus bets or enhanced odds just because I have had a little luck lately backing horses that I have a small share in. Check your records over the last few years and you’ll see that my winners are few and far between. I back horses that I part own at every one of their starts and their winning ratio isn’t that impressive. Given that I am usually betting early and not betting in thousands of dollars, the withdrawal of your promotional benefits is pitiful. I told my 15 co-owners what Ladbroke’s has done and they find it unfathomable as well. You have Account Managers like Scott enticing people to sign up with offers but down the track your trading arm palms us off and ruins his good work. What added insult to injury was being approached last week at Sandown races by another Ladbroke’s agent/account manager trying to get me and my mates to open an account. I let him and everyone in earshot know what my recent experience has been. I expect that there’ll be no review of the situation or no response to this feedback, so I’ll continue to share my Ladbroke’s experience.

Nichola was extremely helpful, even during my frustrated rant. Everyone else gave me completely conflicting instructions. Long story short, you can deposit money into your Ladbrokes account - no questions. But getting YOUR money back out?? Near impossible!! I was required to verify credit cards that had been previously stolen, call banks, wait business days for statements, all to get my OWN money. But when I wanted to put money into my account, no questions asked, even when the card wasn’t in my name (my wife’s), just happily took the money. Fair enough the security system needs to be strict to avoid fraudulent activity, but the lengths to get winnings out of ladbrokes into bank accounts just proves everything. Any one would have cracked it and not bothered trying like I had to, and ended up spending the money on more bets. 6 phone calls, 6 differing lots of information later, I finally have my winnings withdrawn. Good luck to anyone else, more chance of getting a quadi up than successfully getting your money.

I have been a very happy customer of Ladbrokes for some time, but recently they’ve lost me. They got rid of the fun promo, Thursday Night Delight, and then really got me by nixing my odds boost after I finally had a couple of decent collects. I’m no professional punter, I’m not taking them for squillions. I just thought it was a bit grubby that when I went to place an odds boost bet this morning and saw the collect for a $50 bet boosted by $1. I understand that bookies aren’t here to give away money, but in the current market, there’s a million options, so promos help. Thursday night delight was great, but it’s gone, and now that odds boost is gone, I can get slightly better value elsewhere. Thanks for the memories.

I have been a long time account holder and promoter of Ladbrokes to friends and family. Got my 2 best mates to open accounts on Friday before Derby Day and with the useless app yesterday (Melb Cup) making it impossible to bet, find that they were given apologies by text as I was with a bonus bet but mine was $30 and theirs was $50. When I called Ladbrokes to ask as to why they got $50 and I got $30 was told this is based on betting amounts, well I could not bet on Cup day during the meeting so used Bet Easy, so how could it be based on anything!!! The young guy I spoke to corrected the bonus bet and made it $50 but that is not my point. My point was looking after loyal clients and that has not happened and I feel very let down. Shame on you Ladbrokes, you will need to do better than that to stop me from leaving !!!
