You constantly need to log in so if you want to trade out on the spot then good luck. If you can trade out then that’s good because most of the soccer game I trade, I cannot find when the game starts-unbelievably. Horse racing is ok because there is in play but half the time you cannot access the live video of the race and when you do it’s in a different screen so you need to go back to the trade prices and when you tilt the screen for a larger picture it crashes and you need to log in again. The first four prices are usually available, anything bigger you will need to make offer meaning there are no prices to be matched and the back and lay prices are really wide apart. A lot of work needs to be done maybe look at betfair for some inspiration.

This a app is throughly great, but has some crashes and keeps asking you to log in again as you put an amount to trade! Please fix it !!!!

Where do you start , the amount of sign ins you have to do as it logs you out constantly , if you turn your phone to the side it goes to the ladbrokes screen (red background with the big L) have to close app and open then sign back in , logs you out when trying to put a bet on , if your logged in and you don't use it for 5 mins it logs you out , tells you a system error what a pile of crap , doesn't work out rule 4s correctly and shows wrong odds/liability .... Doesn't show all bets that are in the markets , when I want to cancel a bet I don't need to be asked am I sure , just cancel the bloody thing ! Tbh it's only on odd occasions I use it now as its so poor , some clown must of designed it and then another group of clowns though yea this is all great , bunch of muppets

This app has more bugs than a Spielberg movie! Be very careful if you are considering downloading it. Further to my review of several months ago and deleting the app, I downloaded it again fully expecting that some of the issues would have been sorted. Wrong!! Come on Ladbrokes. It’s still appalling, amateurish and full of basic programming errors. The betting community need a reliable competitor to Betfair in the marketplace, but unfortunately you are not it! You are never going to achieve liquidity in your markets if this is the best you can do. You either need to sack your developers or invest a proper amount to sort your many problems in this app. Being a shareholder in your company I cannot wait until the next agm to voice my disapproval with your Exchange App. 2 years later and I decided to give your app another try, thinking that you must have addressed some of your problems. Ha ha, how wrong was I? If any of my employees had been involved in building, developing or constructing this ludicrous app they would have been shown the front door without question. For goodness sake please email me and I can place a team of professionals on this product immediately. If you do not I must assume that you are not particularly interested in this sector of your business. Ps I did email your team as requested but never received an acknowledgment or reply. Pps 24th Feb 2020 To Exchange app developer team - You honestly do not need us to reply to your requests for further info re the faults on your app. You MUST be well aware of them by now. The fact that you appear to have addressed none of them is quite worrying for your site users. Your app faults are not insurmountable, we (or in fact any other capable developer co.) can help you carry out the necessary repair work required. If you would like a quotation please email me. Your site can be working perfectly in under 3 months.
