Huge potential here! One thing I really like is that I can write plain note heads to sketch out ideas without having to commit to rythmic constraints in a given measure. Two issues though. First, the trainer is nowhere to be found. It’s not in the upper left hamburger menu. The other is the radial modifier for accidentals. It’s a bit slow-too many steps to change one note. What would be nice is if it could be left open when adding accidentals to multiple notes, or if multiple notes could be highlighted blue, then allowing all to be modified with a flat or sharp in one fell swoop.

Note entry is fantastically easy and satisfying. But! I’d like to be able to quickly transpose either the entire piece or sections of it. I Know it’s possible to circle a bunch and drag. This is not what I need though. If you know a way that I’m just not aware of, please comment, it would make it a four star at least. Thanks!

Darn. I was really hoping this had drum set notation in it. I enjoy writing the music but I am a bit of a perfectionist and it takes me forever to write music out and have it look aesthetically pleasing. I thought great! I can use my iPad Pro and write out my drum ideas, exercises, and songs. Please create the ability for drum set notation and I will be back!

So far the most professional handwriting notation on appstore suitable for ipad pro. There are many bugs, however so far. The recognition is probably the best amongst the other apps, however editing is somewhat impossible. Good start, I’m curious how it’s going to develop.

It has a learning curve in order to be fluid. I can see this being a powerful learning tool especially if you could use it to take notes (pun intended) while studying a text book in Split View.
