Please change the grass background to anything, anything at all...but preferably ducks... Also, if you try and log in and your internet has dropped out, after your connection is working again, the app still behaves as if you have no connection, it doesn't appear to be refreshing/checking for a connection, and I have to close the app down and reopen it, before it will recognise that I now have an internet connection and log me in. Also my balances are always AWFULLY low, so if someone at kiwibank could make them bigger that would be awesome...lol

This is a great application. It is like a web page that opens on your tablet or mobile device. It's not like a web page has simply been shrunk down to fit a smaller screen though. This application has been designed especially for a tablet or mobile device. The key functions that you need are still available, but you can tap on them with your finger, so you don't need a mouse. It's also really intuitive, for example, if you want to pay someone you simply click on "pay someone". I can't recommend this application enough; in fact, I'm going downstairs to tell my neighbour Sharon about it right now.

I really hope there’s a dark mode around the corner, these ultra ‘on-brand’ colours are blinding on my young eyes. Why did the brand digareedoos not think of this! It’s like being blinded trying to see my bank balance. I can’t imagine the struggle you poor devs went through developing this. It’s enough to make you forget about Apple Pay! And not everything is the new colour scheme! An oasis in the far corners of the app. But that’s agile so four points for you glen coco. I’m feeling lucky about this dark mode though. Don’t let me down mr code-uh!

I quite like this new update! It’s slowly getting better and better each time. Might I kindly request the Kiwibank widget be brought back? It was a lot easier for me to quickly check my account balance without having to physically go onto the app, but with this new update the quick balance widget has been replace with a different one that still requires me to have to go onto the app to see. It’s nothing too major, but I’m very lazy lol Other than that I have no problems with this app 😊

I really love this app. It is easy to use and efficient. One thing I would definitely like to see in a future update is in app instant notifications when a deposit or withdrawal is made. I currently rely on email alerts, but they don't arrive till 12hs or more after a deposit has gone in. These notifications should be customisable amounts set buy the user, much like the email or text options.
