Awesome app

Need panic button on Watch app or something similar to thumb mode. Should have fall detection where it auto calls for help if you are unresponsive for the watch.

I explored all of the similar applications and I will base my review on my expectation that it will work as described if it is needed. I had no problem downloading or setting up the app, and I feel reassured that my information will be relayed properly if there is an emergency. That being said, I have purchased a year of service but I would have been more comfortable if there were a better means to test the system instead of a simple "You're all set" style telephone call. Even simply being able to send a test email to my designated recipients would add a level of confidence. This program is far less expensive than some of the other alternatives and I would guess that is due to the developers competence in automating the functionality of the program's response.

I’m a guy and just started in real estate so odds likely are less slim that I will need the assistance of this app. I downloaded it because it was free from an association. However, as part of using the app it asked me to provide 6 emergency contacts in my phone book. Well as I’m now finding out these 6 emergency contacts have been contacted by life line in an effort to market their app. If I had know upfront and clearly that was the purpose I never would have downloaded the app. In fact, because I didn’t know that my contacts would be notified, my contacts text me upon receiving notice from life line and asked me if the app was spam! In a way I feel deceived into providing those contacts to the app. I hope if I delete the app that a message will be sent to my contacts that I deleted the app and they won’t be bothered by solicitation of the app. I’m wondering legally if the app should have been upfront as to why they needed the contact numbers? The introduction video did not indicate why those numbers were needed. It’s a form of misrepresentation. As a result, I’ve contacted my dear friends and family to advise them of my mistake of providing there numbers to life line. I will be deleting the app on the same day that I downloaded the app. Thanks life line for misrepresenting me and your app.

After taking karate for years, I understand that when someone is attacked they don't behave normally. Simply dialing 911 and telling the operator your location can be difficult! I don't feel comfortable carrying a firearm and weapons can be used against you (unless you are trained). I bought this app because it is the only one out there that automates the process with "thumb mode". All you have to do is release your thumb from the screen and it sets things in motion (see their videos) and ultimately calls 911 and gives them your location! I also experienced the bugs with the iOS update. I contacted support through their website & they were great! They had someone call me back & he fixed it. Support was also helpful when I first got the app-call if you have questions!
