Truth and Tales offers many fun activities for kids: interactive game stories, audiobooks, coloring activities, and game physical exercises. Our stories and activities are unique: in addition to being fun and surprising, they help children to grow, to be prepared for challenges in life, and support their body and mind to be restored to homeostasis. A homeostatic state promotes health, a calm state of mind and happiness! Our stories are based on TEACHING STORIES: ancient tales originated from many different cultures around the world. These stories are scientifically known to promote the development of essential skills such as attention, empathy, perception, self-knowledge, self-regulation, and negotiation skills. There are many studies related to Teaching Stories' efficacy by authors such as Robert Ornstein, Doris Lessing, Idries Shah, and more. We adapt these stories to modern interactive media to reach and improve as many people's lives as possible. The interactivity aspect of the stories allows children to alternate between moments of attentional focus and relaxation as they experience Truth and Tales, improving their narrative comprehension and helping them to fully absorb all the benefits of the stories. In the Artist Gallery activity, kids let their imaginations run wild as they color drawings from the stories. • Move It-Move It: a super fun game in which kids mirror animal postures and shapes found in nature with their bodies. This game helps a lot the body and mind integration process and return to a homeostatic and relaxed state. Kids prop up their phones/tablets somewhere they can see the screen and follow the instructions guided by animated illustrations and narration. An enjoyable experience for the whole family!
