KFC India online ordering app

Hey there. Your app is improving day by day. Keep it up. Now it shows the nearest shop available for ordering. However, whenever I select any option like of adding a burger from the menu. It’s not showing me whether I want to add extra cheese or mayo or add a cold drink. This’s the reason that I need to call every time and make my favorite customization. While ordering online I can make payment using Credit Card. While ordering offline via call doesn’t have that option. I need to take out cash every time. Please fix this.

I had several bad experiences with this franchise of KFC but what happened recently was by far the worst. I had ordered online via KFC app at 9:50pm and was promised delivery by 10:45 pm , i waited till 11pm and then tried calling the customer care , i couldnt reach out to them , since it was late all restaurants were closed me and my spouse killed the hunger with water. I wrote a stern mail and next day got a reply saying they would refund the money, the manager is heartless and he couldn’t understand what i went throught , these ppl are making just because of the demand , and least bothered about ethics , customer handling etc , kindly refrain from online ordering through their app , no one has any accountability

It will take ages to explain everything that is wrong with this app. Will state few simple aspects no customer support contact, chat or at least forum. If you have something you need to share or enquire, contact us option is present but there you will be again redirected to feedback form and doesn’t make any sense. Also after wasting nearly half an hour of my time, I tried to submit my concern their, it said Something like “Sorry this is a bad request for feedback” and redirected to feedback form again. I don’t understand what is the use of a feedback form if they don’t care. Simply *ATROCIOUS*

We are senior citizens who decided to order some yummilicious KFC chicken through this APP. The ball started rolling and we got all the right messages and then the assurance that the order was on its way. I had not made dinner. Suddenly I get a call from the delivery boy that the KFC franchise was not handing over the order unless he made the payment. (I had opted for the COD option). This was so weird! Why was there no proper, reliable delivery system in place. So unbecoming of KFC. After a lot of back and forth with various individuals at the outlet, I decided to cancel the order. There would be trust issues now. What if the product is spurious. Disappointed.

Order was placed successfully and few minutes later order was cancelled and been more than a month and refund is not provided and keeping customers money and cheating customers taking money out of account and cancelling the purchase and not providing the refund this is intentional and I think they keep doin it regularly. Do not place order as prepaid make it on delivery and you will not be cheated and you will save your money and not give this company simply.
