Had to give 1 star to write a review or it would have been no stars this needs a Massive rethink have you not heard of the saying ’if it’s not broken don’t try to fix it’ this was a fantastic app loads of hgv/lgv drivers use this app including myself but I’m afraid if you’re not sure of the different areas around the Uk and get stuck with low fuel you are going to come unstuck I know you shouldn’t have to rely on apps but don’t build a perfectly good one then ruin it too many problems here to write down but a few are app shuts down all the time impossible to use you put in hgv only and it tells you just one for example around Doncaster when there are at least half a dozen great for one fuel station but not for the other five plus I think 20 trucks an hour at one station is gonna cause congestion and run out of fuel quick this NEEDS SORTING 👎or go back to how it was before 👍

Awful app, the old one was bad but this is terrible. Can’t find or see a list of the nearest fuel stations. The search distance is way out. I searched for the nearest one which told me it was 2.7 miles away when it fact it was less than a quarter of a mile down the road. I rely on being able to see fuel stations, preferably in a list with distance but also in my location as I don’t always know the postcode where I am when I want to find fuel. The app either needs a major overhaul to include the things that drivers that use it need or it just needs deleting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went to 3 different petrol stations to which all said they did not use key fuels! We resulted to using our own money to pay for the fuel as we were literally running on empty. Wasted 3 hours of our journey so took us 10 hours instead of the ordinal 7. Absolute joke of an app. Found out this is a common occurrence with this app. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This app was fine for the first few minutes. It found my location and the location of the garages near me, it even loaded the co-ordinates into Google Maps so I could drive straight there.. great I thought! However, the location it took me to was on the other side of a river nowhere near the actual garage.... sort it out!

Been using the old app for over two years. Never really had any problems with it. Being a hgv driver found it really useful when looking for fuel stations. This new app is useless, does not highlight any of the Keyfuel sights I normally use. Just seems to highlight ones that are only suitable for cars, even though I have set it to find only hgv sites.
