"Add Food' and search for a database (Nutritionix) for the food you are considering for that meal. i.e. 6oz beef 1 cup of asparagus 2 TBSP of Olive Oil and see at a glance what your Total Grams are, your Ketogenic ratio as well as your percentages from Calories. PG 3 Saved Meals. If you want to see at a glance what your total meals adds up to. Simply check mark the meals you had that day and at a glance see your Grams totals, Calorie totals, Ketogenic Ration, and your Percentages from Calories.
