The first thing that I thought is that no one liked my post yet but when I go to my account profile and clicked on my pics that I posted just now, I saw there are 30+ likes and 3 comments on it but I don’t received any notifications yet. Also After playing this for a while I believe these reviews are rigged, 12 reviews on the same day with prises written in the same petty style, it’s so tasteless. But please understand my review to the game has nothing to do with your fake reviews, the game really isn’t good for the above reasons. I hope you will improve in your future productions, especially on the game design, faking reviews is secondary.

I enjoy using Joox a lot but I think there’s still room to improve such as finding the generated monthly personal playlist. I know there’s notifications but if I accidentally click close for the pop out notification in the main screen, I cannot find it anymore. Can u just figure out a way that users can check their personal playlist every month? Thanks

i complained twice through apps and even capture my problems, CS also cannot and not willing to solve the problems for and just ignored me at the end when they cannot solve. Always turn it's my problem but not theirs. Answered me without trying themselves. When i proved by capture, they ignored my message. They show album cover of other singers when no pictures of the songs. This already got a copyright issue. After you delete the songs in the downloaded song list, it can still come out when playing songs by using your data. CS only replied, " just turn off the data of your phone, then no data will be used while playing deleted songs and the songs will be skipped while it appears." Well~ is it the way to soling problems? is my phone only for listening songs?

I don't like search music can get the VIP one day to listening music. I like can free for listening all music, not need sperate VIP Or not to search every times! And why I can’t open to listening all music, the apps need me to use my Facebook or email to open listening song now. But I don’t want use my personal information to useful open listen all song. This is mains point.

I wonder if JOOX have any plans that release a Apple Watch version app for users? I have been using JOOX for more that 3 years and I really think that JOOX always improve itself and create many funny moments for users. It would be a great idea that JOOX can explode the way how it shows to users of its power and Apple Watch is the way that exactly can let users enjoy JOOX music when doing exercises together with wearing on a watch but not a big heavy iPhone!
