I like the app very much on the iPhone. I would like to get it to work on the Apple Watch without the iPhone but can't get it to work and have not gotten answer from the developer as to whether the AW app is full functioned or just a controller for the iPhone. Minus one star for that.

I like this app as it has the minimum of gizmos to control. Coming off of injuries, I wanted something that didn't require a lot of time to set up. Wanted something very seat/simple. Only wish there was some way to configure number of seconds for pauses. For me I would want 180 seconds ( 3 minutes) but the pauses have a longer interval. Can't find anyplace to change seconds.

I used this today and it's great when you want to shake up your workout. Easy to use and program. I used this on a treadmill and love that it tells you when the next interval is coming so you can prepare.

I have done some interval training, but this is an easy way to alternate three speed's. I use this app once a week, and the time goes by so fast!

It’s a great workout but there should be a timer that tells you how long your run was. If you want to run a mile jogging, running and sprinting it should give show you how long it took you. Kinda ridiculous the paid version doesn’t even have this.
