Joan

First, I love the Joan meeting displays in my office- they are so simple and so good. I wanted to use their technology elsewhere. However, you need to have your email domain connected to the Joan backend. When doing something unusual, the registration process is really bad. Fortunately, they have excellent customer support that works even for free products. One you get past the registration , the product is excellent. I also started using it in my office and several of us are using it regularly. (My colleagues had no issues with registration since it was normal) Joan 6 touch displays get 6*, this app will be 5* once they make the registration process better explained and more forgiving for less normal users. For now, it is a strong 4*.

App needs to sync with start and end times for each day I’ve programmed on my devices. If my units sleep 8pm to 8am, the app should tell me that and not let me book (as it does now). I’m excited to see this app and JOAN overall continue to improve.

We’ve been using Joans for scheduling our meeting rooms for a while now. They work nicely, are super easy and intuitive. People like to use them. Our office is absolutely more organized and out meetings more productive. It’s a great experience from start to finish, the app is also a nice add on.

Love the app, wish it had white labeling and a desktop version of the app.
