First of all, it’s a long process just to make a normal call using this app.. unlock your phone then open the app then the app loads for a couple of minutes then it gets connected.. and crashes very often.. I can never make an urgent call using this app.. it takes time to connect and secondly, sometimes it shows “You are not registered” what does this mean now?? Actually, this did not happened for few times, it happens very often.. You people cannot let us make calls directly using iPhone with Jio sim, but at least u can improvise the app for us.. fix all the issues at least.. it’s very disappointing when it comes to calling.. but when it comes to internet usage, i have never seen a better network than Jio.. Pls fix all these issues and be the greatest network with no faults.. Hope I will not face these issues again.

First of all, basic requirement of a cellphone is to make calls and receive calls. But in Jio4GVoice it’s so annoying that we can’t take a incoming call without unlocking the phone. Like it’s a secondary app. Jio4GVoice is the primary phone app we use. Even the notification is so stupid that we won’t even notice the notification seriously! Getting a incoming call is a urgent matter that we have to look into but the notification shown by Jio4GVoice is a small pop up on top of screen! And also the ringtone . There are six internal app ringtones ! We can’t use our iPhone trademark ringtone! How bad can this turn out to be? We are iPhone users! We can’t even use the default iPhone ringtone in this app! Kindly resolve this issues! We took your service and now don’t let us down! Kindly solve the incoming call notification issue and app ringtone issue! Kindly make it soon as we use this app for our needs! It’s a needed app for nonvolte iPhone users ! So kindly solve the issues asap! Hoping for it!

I must say jio is very CHEAP service provider . You people are not bothered your costumers. There are numerous problems in this app i will list few of them below 1)app doesn’t connect automatically 2) app crashes in every 2 min 3) very poor cellular service 4) massage doesn’t go through I m using jio in my phone because i was cheated by one of their executives in Vaishali nagar , jaipur store . He didn’t provide me proper information that jio will not work in my 5s and after doing my sim port from Vodafone to jio they were saying that we can do anything as its my problm that my phone does not support jio sim now i m stuck , I cannot port back before 3 months and i dont want to loose my number as i m using since a long period of time (6 years) . The only option i have is to spend another 10k to buy a new phone for jio At last i will just say this company is just group of fraud with bunch of poor services , The management is just sitting above and enjoying their service and warming their chairs they dont give a bothered about their customers I m sure there will not be any action ob my complaint they will read it and will leave it . But go against my opinion surprise me jio do something good of our money.

The main purpose of this app is to make and receive calls and that’s what is not possible with this. Crashing every time and continue in offline mode. Every time you have to check whether it’s online or not. So you are not going to get any calls. And if you get one incoming calls by chance, can’t attend it when screen is locked. Unlock screen, go to app then attend, by the time you may miss the call. Useless ringtones and they included dump sticker stores and sharing features, who’s going to use this dumb app for these things when there are a pile of excellent other apps. The worst thing is no response for reviews and complaints. All I can say is , this is the most irritating app I have ever used😬. No hope at all.

New update is irritating..after opening this app goes to disappear automatically...Previous update was ok but this new update is worse. Unable to merge calls during talking to other call...yesterday I tried to merge the calls but failed 3 times continuous although calls got disconnected and one more thing unable to receive the calls in lock condition..please update the app...!! During call one pop up will come with saying "Your call is dropped due to network problem" and after few minutes call will be disconnected...Not happy with this app...please humbly requesting to you update this app asap...disappointed Kindly come with new update...I’m begging to you...please update..!!
