If you are traveling for business or pleasure, using Jet Lag Fix may be the most important thing you do to prepare for your travels. Then every 2 hours the app will notify you to treat the next acupoint (12 different acupoints in a 24 hour day) and this begins to reset your body's clock to your destination current time.
