A frame will be added to the input price column during input. If you tap “=” key after inputting, the frame in the input price column disappears, and the input price will be entered in the price column with a frame and calculated. Alternatively, if you tap the price column where you want to enter the input value, a frame will be added to the price column and other prices will be calculated. If there is a frame in the 10% tax-included price column, the input price will be in the 10% tax-included price, and other prices will be calculated. The 10% and 8% associations are calculated using a common base price. If there is a frame in a base price column, the input price will be included in the base price, and other prices will be calculated. If you tap a base price column or a tax-incl. column, a frame will be added to the column. If you reselect the price column with a frame after calculation, the frame will move to that price column and the input price will be entered and recalculated. Instead of tapping "=" key, you can tap result columns. Tap “copy” key to copy Input price. Tap "Ⓒ" button to copy the price of each column. In the consumption tax calculation of this calculator, the calculated consumption tax amount is rounded down to the nearest yen. Rounding down fractions less than 1 yen is a commonly used rounding of consumption tax. If the input value is a 10% or 8% tax-included price and the consumption tax amount is rounded up, the consumption tax amount calculated by rounding up and the tax-included price are shown in blue.
