Wish it was possible to give 0 stars. Complete joke of a business and waste of money. Do yourself a favor and bypass to the next deli every service as I will be doing myself. And from reading some of the other reviews I’m not alone. Ordered a delivery about 3 hours in advance of the delivery time. Received email and text confirmation of when my order was actually placed at the restaurant right after they opened. The restaurant also called with a question regarding my order immediately after, which also let me know they had received it. Next update I got was when the driver arrived at the restaurant to pickup my order which was already 20 minutes after it was scheduled to be delivered. Food finally arrived over 45 minutes late and after my scheduled lunch time had ended. I gave a coworker the food as I had already returned to work and had to be reheated due to having been prepared so long. I emailed a complaint and was told the food shouldn’t have been cold as the drivers all deliver with insulated coolers and pawned my complaint to someone else. Now it’s been over 4 weeks since the complaint, I’m out over $40 for a lunch I didn’t get to eat, and customer service here is a joke. Save yourself the money and time and keep scrolling past this service.

Tonight was my second time ordering from Iron City. The first time my order took two hours. Tonight, my order was delivered 15 minutes before the 1 hour delivery time so I was pleased until I looked in the bag. I ordered 3 meals and only 2 were in the bag. I checked the ticket stapled to the bag and one of the meals was left off the order. They charged me for it though. I called Iron City and held for 5 minuets before someone picked up. Explained the problem and was put on hold for 10 more minuets. He said they had to "find another delivery driver" to pick up the rest of my order. I was offered a refund of $3.00!!!! After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, the manager of the restaurant the food was ordered from called me to say that Iron City never picked up the reorder and offered to deliver it to me himself. Thank you Jim N Nicks! You didn’t have to do that. Iron City I will never use your service again and I will warn everyone I know.

You have to log-in again every time you open the app. Doesn't matter because they have your address saved wrong and don't save any other info such as recent orders or credit info. App otherwise is not intuitive at all and glitches often. They called me 45 minutes after I placed my order to tell me they could not get a driver to the restaurant before it closed...which was not for another hour and half. They were very unapologetic and even blamed me for ordering so late in the evening (7:45pm). Just ridiculous and useless, don't bother.

Download, registration and ordering went smoothly. However, upon check out some buttons didn’t show properly at first and I had him put my credit card information a few times before it took. Overall, I was pleased with the app and the service provided by iron city delivery.

The app didn’t work properly and I was never allowed to track my driver or food. It said $3.99 on the restaurant menu, but was actually a $7.99 delivery fee plus a processing fee, on top of usual tax and tip. Estimated delivery was an hour and it took well over that to receive my food. No reimbursements given for taking longer than the estimated time. The food was cold and I also did not receive everything ordered. Needless to say I deleted the app after using the first time.
