Interval Run

I like this app a lot, as I am currently training again after a short (20yr) gap and this suits me down to the ground. Makes it very easy to do interval training, very easy to program a run. For the price it's a real bargain, and I'm looking at the full version.

Does exactly what you need from an interval app. Set your own intervals with a range of vocal instructions and listen to iTunes while you do it, great app.

I love the versatility of this app. You can follow any of the programs that come with it or create your own. You can use it alongside your own musical playlist as well.

Such a good idea until try to use it and the phone crashes so in the end a total waste if money
