I took time to register but did not get the confirmation within 24hrs, as promised. I had to call the info line to find out that I will not be able to use the carshare because I don’t have an “European” driving license (I have a US license). According to the Regulations what is required is “a category B driving licence recognized pursuant to the Polish law for at least 6 months”. Poland does recognize US driving license (along with the International Permit) so clearly somebody didn’t do their homework. In any case, it would save time if innogy were clear and explicit about the requirements. Very disappointing experience indeed.

Hello, as our terms and condidions state in art.15: "If the User holds a driving licence issued by a country which is not a member of the
European Union, he will be asked to send a photo of the international driving licence". So that for non EU citizens it is necessary to have an International Driving Licence in order to use innogy go! vehicles. We are sorry you faced such problems while using our app.
