InimTech Security is Inim’s new App dedicated to the installer. Available free of charge for Smartphones and tablets, this new APP allows the security professional to manage customers and installations conveniently. InimTech Security and QuickGO technology provide rapid programming features for SOL wireless intrusion-control panels with enrolment of the control panel and wireless devices via QR code. Via InimTech Security, the installer will be able to access the InimCloud portal and thus have control of all his tasks: after logging in, he will be able to see at a glance if there are any faults or alarms signalled on the systems of his customers Furthermore, the installer will at all times receive push notifications relating to eventual faults, even when the application is closed. The alarms can be either archived or a call can be sent to the customer to arrange for an appointment. The installer can easily view the configured peripheral devices, events, partitions, zones and outputs and, if necessary, intervene. Via InimTech Security it will be possible to associate a control panel to a new or existing customer by indicating, in addition to the customer’s personal details (e-mail, telephone numbers, photos, etc.), also the system location, in this way the installer can take full advantage of the App’s useful geolocation function: by means of the map, the installer will be able to identify and reach installations which require maintenance or assistance, whether located nearby or far away thanks to turn-by-turn navigation software. InimTech Security will allow you to have a unique identity as an installer; in addition to a profile image which will be associated with the code that identifies you within the world of Inim services.
