This app is basically unusable. Please go back to the other website where at least we could actually do some banking before this new app came out. Horrible

Wow. We love banking with Infinity but this much touted “upgrade” to the App has taken it into almost unusable territory. The interface - formerly a little 80s fast food restaurant vibe, but simple and functional - has become a weird hodgepodge that struggles to do the simplest thing. Want to log in? Enjoy watching it spin for an interminable amount of time after entering your credentials. Often there are two different spinning icons on top of each other. Most transactions now show up without a location, the back functionality barely works, and you need to settle in with a good movie and a stiff drink to make it through such functions as performing a transfer. I’d just chalk it up to being a small community financial institution, but the old platform was so much better it proves it can be done! Pretty please roll back the “upgrade” and save us all some gray hair.

I understand the bank is small and local, but the app has some major flaws. I had a pending charge which eventually just disappeared, and then all of sudden got taken out two days later. This happens frequently. Add a feature to the app where people can get phone notifications when a purchase is made. Many other bank apps do this for example, people’s United bank. As soon as the chip leaves the reader there should be a notification on my phone saying a charge is pending for that store. Also, for newer iPhone users with Face ID, enable a feature to login with Face ID.

Prior to the upgrade the app was ok. Now it’s just miserable to use. Such a disappointment after a lot of marketing hype. Both the app and the website are ridiculously slow, the functionality is similar to AOL back in the day. I really wish the credit union would really invest in technology. I came from University Credit Union and their mobile app and website rock. The only reason I’m with infinity is because I can access my direct deposit a day or two before most but I’m rethinking that because the mobile app and technology are so important to me. Come on Infinity please put some effort into your technology! Thanks.

I’ve been a rather frequent user with my apps,and I must say this update don’t do anything more than what I was used to,sure it got all fancy and such but c’mon I wake up today and it says the connection isn’t trusted and yet I’m on my home WiFi or better yet I even went and used some regular data to try and connect and nothing,so I’ve uninstalled and now let’s pray I don’t have to put all my info in again cause that was so frustrating so please help with this app!!!
