The app won’t allow me to complete the registration process. I get as far as being asked my nationality but no options come up in the drop down menu and the app will not allow me to manually enter my nationality. I tried looking for an update but the app won’t even show up in my list of purchased apps or subscriptions.

Every time I try to enter my nationality, it crashes the app. This renders moot my other point, which is that the only way to enter your DOB on the pull down menu is year first; when I tried to enter the month first it kept automatically reverting to today’s date.

Registration process won’t work at all. I could write apps to do this back in 1995. And I am not a coder. Yet here we are 25 years later and the entire nation of Thailand still can’t get it done. Sad. They need to stop trying.

If you need further proof at how governments everywhere are a waste of taxpayer dollars, here you go. In fact on a fail scale, the RTG deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Registration doesn’t work (nationality and country lookups busted) so what’s the point of having an app? Also, if you are able to register, then you’ll find out many of the service on the app are not supported. My advice, delete the app as it is nothing more than a honey pot to get access to the data on your phone.

Tried this app and couldn’t register as nationality and country selections didn’t work. Deleted the app and tried again, same same
