I can’t even give it a half star it’s so bad . You would think the company I work for who is a great company , that makes billions of dollars and has its best intention for its valued employees to go home safe and stress free every day utilize something else that we all know exists won’t think about a different work order app. I haven’t been able to log in all day until after numerous attempts delete the app and download it again just to get a work order. It’s by far the most time consuming system ever invented . I can’t recommend garbage . But they want to pay us to wast time . It’s sad and there is nothing us mechanics can do. Sorry I have to go and waste more time and try to log in.

I’ve only been doing this work for 20+ years so I’m not sure if I’m qualified to say this but dealing with this app is the most annoying part of my job. Biggest time waster I encounter every day. IF it allows log in, it acts like dial up to go between pages and won’t keep any preset preferences so you have to scroll through all the extra garbage to get to the only information you need. I agree with all of the others who are surprised that such a large and normally impressive company would use this junk. .25 stars at best.

I really hate this app, but it’s required for my job. I have to log in 20+ times a day because it continually drops my connection. Even while I am siting next to my WiFi device. It doesn’t remember anything, so it forces you to re-enter all you data every time you put in a work order. I have to scroll through a list of 500 names to put mine in EVERY SINGLE TIME. Stupid. I suggest this app only for people with bald heads, because you will rip out all your hair in frustration otherwise.

Completely worthless! Continuously kicks you out and you have to log back in, just for it to kick you out again! Work orders don’t populate. Working within the WO it will boot you out anyhow. No updates have taken care of the issues, wether it be iMFM update or Apple iOS update. From what I hear they each point the finger at the other. Either way, we’ve got probably close to 100 techs who can’t complete WO’s on time.

This has to be the most slowest software I have ever experienced. Working for property management company that wants us to perform day to day work orders, time and add attachments then complain why it’s takes so long on a work order. To complete or stating you cant complete your time correct on your time card, Anybody ever thinks to review this Application before we use it in the field uhh! NO
