Ratings & Reviews performance provides an overview of what users think of your app. Here are the key metrics to help you identify how your app is rated by users and how successful is your review management strategy.
The Quick View home screen keeps you up-to-date with what’s happening today in your Uni life and links you to important announcements, news and features. Towards the top of your home screen, Discovery Centre links you to important applications and resources - and you can re-order the links and add to them to suit your needs. You can also search from the home screen to see results for information and news from the Student Portal, staff contact information, and map locations. You’ve always got easy access to your timetable - you can swipe to move from one week to another, and you'll see exams, re-sits and LibCal bookings as well as teaching events, plus there are links so you can find the recording for an event from any of that module’s events. Use the Maps feature if you’re on campus and want to find your way to a shop, bus stop or launderette as well as buildings and rooms. Ask L.U. is there when you need to get instant answers to questions about your Uni studies, campus life and social activities – just tap the iLancaster icon at the bottom of your screen then type in your question to get a response. Checking in to your timetabled events is easy – when an event is taking place there’s a check-in option on your Quick View screen, but you can check in from in the Timetable view too. There’s also useful information about you in the app – tap the Profile icon at the top left to see your University Card details and photo, along with information about your College, IT account and more.
