Not having the program shutdown right after I start it is a big plus! But now the app locks up every now and then on my iPad. I find that shrinking and expanding it a few times gives me back control. If I did not have to repeat this to 300 staff members all the time I would be fine with it. Fix it and I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Great App, does it’s job and is a huge important part of our remote support toolbox, however it has not been updated in over a year. I would like to see Extron pay more attention to it. I will certainly bring this up with our Rep the next time he visits.

This app works well as a mobile solution to remotely control equipment across campuses or organizations. So easy to get a room up and running without having to find the nearest computer to login to GVE. One downfall is that you will have to login to the app each time you relaunch the app. Would be nice to save the credentials and the page you were previously on.

This works great while I'm out on the campus troubleshooting AV problems. It reports incoming alerts and allows me to view/control rooms without having direct communication between my phone and AV Controller. The UI could be a bit cleaner but overall its a very helpful tool.

I am very pleased with this App. Just as described, I was able to access all my commonly-used GVE functions without being tied to my desktop. What freedom! Thanks Extron!
