I think an app like this is a great idea. I wanted to use this app to teach some geometry to my daughter, but I see this one is still poor. It should give you the option to define the center (coordinates) and the radius on a circle, as well as the position (coordinates) of the three points on a angle defining the vertex of course. It also should give you the option to define the two points that make a segment or an arc, or the two points that a line goes through. These are basic concepts, and they are easy to graph with a graphic calculator. It also could give you the option to pick any intersection point to create lines. It also should give us the choice to save the work in different pages. Also, it was my fault to buy an app that has not been updated since 2012. Still, somebody should work in an app like this but more acceptable.
