iDx

I’ve been using iDX for a while now. Really like the layout and the way it presents the dx stations. It’s nice to look at iDX when I’m away from my radio to see what’s happening in dx. It was also helpful this year with the Route 66 special event. I like that you can put in a call, and if that call is spotted, you know it. Really a great app!!

This App is a mobile DX platform that provides all of the data necessary for the DX’er to keep an eye on the bands. The spotting function is simple and efficient. The various information that the App provides is well done and quite informative. I use the App almost daily and am extremely pleased with it.

I use this app quite often to determine frequencies, what areas are hearing the dx station and the time of day propagation is favorable to my location. I use if from both my iPhone and iPad and it has contributed to many successful contacts. Only issue is it only has portrait mode upright, would be great if it also would display in portrait mode inverted. 73 John W3SA Lastest update is super can use it in any orientation on my iPad! I use this app everyday. Love the simple layout. The app does not attempt to be everything to everybody. If you are really serious about DX you should be using this app. Thanks W7SMW

I enjoy the app and use it daily. Problem is trying to find my QSO log when I save contacts. No menu list with it or anything in the doc. NZ2Z I did accidentally find the log. You have to try to log a contact (even if it wasn’t successful) to access the log. Nothing about this in the manual. But it’s there if you can find it. Two of the features I find very useful are being to see the spots sorted by frequency and clicking on the spot to see the bearing so that I can point my antenna
