This app does what I pay it to do. My membership in IG came from Costco. Once Costco pulled out from IG, my monthly price remained the same but the service went away. I noticed IG by Watson and checked it out. The price for this is 3X per month more, so I’m getting what I’m paying for with this app. I’m thinking IG would like us to move to their new system.

I was literally weeks away from giving up on Identity Guard due to their app not being updated for years. Yes-years. Serious enough that I was reading reviews and comparing other services. There is a problem with alerts. No matter how many times I view them it still shows 3 unread. A bit nervous jolt seeing this big red number. Now please update regularly or you will lose customers like me.

I am blown away by the lack of any updates to this app. I have been an Identity Gaurd customer for many years, and I keep hoping that they put some work into this app. I haven’t seen an update in a long time, and I am tempted to take my business to Experian. Experian has an unbelievable APP. I hope Identity Gaurd reads this and realizes that their competition is kicking their butts in the app department. A well written app is very important to customers like me. Please allocate some money to design a better app. This is pathetic at best.

App is overly simplistic with little to no details. I have three credit tracking services and Identity Guard missed everything that affected my credit score. I opened new accounts, no alerts. My credit score changed several times (alerted by the other two services), no alerts. I’ve had Identity Guard for four months and my credit score has never been updated. I just canceled my subscription.

Wrapping the old busted app in a container that is supported by the latest iOS is a band-aid and honestly pretty poor solution. I expected much better from a company with as many customer as y'all have. Please actually fix this app so it is somewhat usable. It operates like a buggy mess at this point.
