This does not even look like an application. This just seems to be the mobile compatible view of the website. One expects a lot from ICICI Prulife. While it serves the basic need, the UI, functional layout & the overall hygiene associated with the application can be improved a lot.

The app is not all customer friendly. It should have features that help the user track their investment in policies, instead it seems to be an app made just for customers to down load the policy documents and tax certificates. Ironical that an organisation that asks customers to invest in policies not just for tax savings but for future planning doesn’t really have an app that does mire than just deliver receipts and tax certificates or best help premium payments. For that matter, even the website is designed so. Thought the app would at least be better but found it equally disappointing. Starting to wonder if I should even continue with this organisation.

Hi Team, I don't understand whether you test before updating the app in AppStore or not. I update this app whenever there is an update but not even single time I managed to log in to this app. Please fix this log in issue, it's really causing very inconvenience. Able to login with same credentials by using web application however does not work with mobile app. Please fix this on priority basis. Thanks, I updated this app again with the latest update and I am really disappointed with the login option, there is no option to select as Customer. Please keep in mind that Customer is your highest priority. Please develop apps for Customers and not for your agents and employees. Thanks, Ahammad K

You people have removed the only useful feature out of the app! Couldn't find "fund performance" after updating the app. This app is getting worse after every update. Another annoying login bug! I have to input my credentials everytime i login and it also asks to set a pin everytime. And to add to that you idiots removed the touch id based login. Pathetic!!

Every time you log in using ID and password, it asks to set 4 digit pin for future log in. Even if you set 4 digit pin, there is no option available to log in using 4 digit pin. Either there should be option for log in using 4 digit pin or it should not ask for 4 digit pin everytime when customer log in using ID password.
