I'm loving this app. Recommend it to everyone! It knows what foods I like, and I just noticed it automatically adds items to my grocery list when I run out! It was easy to learn and is super user friendly.

I wanted to start small with this app, so I began typing in my grocery list, assuming that it would be easy to edit and add the expiration dates after I bought my items. No. Editing not possible as far as I can tell, rendering the app user-unfriendly and essentially useless. In the end, the only thing I could think to do was to shop w/ a paper list and enter everything in after the fact. Further, if you're like me and don't eat the bread - milk - cheese SAD diet, or in other words, if you have foods that fall into categories other than meat, produce, grains & dairy, you are out of luck. My advice, if you really want to give this app a go: don't start using it until after you're completely stocked, and are prepared to go through your entire food supply and add every expiration date. And even then, if you like to experiment with new recipes and ingredients, plan to make your grocery list separately and enter your items into your inventory app at home, or prepare to delete the items from your list and re-enter them with the expiration dates.

I can now see what I have in my fridge, pantry and freezer without being home. Makes stopping at the store on the way home a lot easier. Great way of telling me what I have or what I need.

I could have used this app so many times this summer. Now I can save time and money and it's super easy :)

Since I make mistakes and have entered items incorrectly - quantity, location, type - it would be great for choosing the “edit item” to actually edit. However it takes you to the Add Item view. Therefore if you want to fix anything you have to delete and do it again. Makes this app unusable.
