Since new version came out last month app does not work when on other apps, really poor app

It has an integrated meter so the company can look in to the drivers personal earnings, the meter is inaccurate and frequently down on the traditional pulse set meter - also if you use the navigation there will be no meter on display until you reopen the iCabbi app. It frequently hangs with a "working" logo which disables all function until it rectifies ( Anywhere from a couple mins to a full reboot). It has an automatic answering system for customers, however your customers will feel the loss of personal service and it will cost you clients. It's garbage, avoid it if you can.

This app needs a lot of work. Alerts don't come through when app is running in background. You then get a time penalty before you can log in. The app keeps adjusting the brightness of the screen either dimming or increasing brightness to max. P.O.B doesn't work when you leave the location, even with passengers in the car. Completing job is then again sometimes a problem. Because it wants to go to the exact point the operator put in even when it's wrong. Too many issues to write all down. Just a waste of time mainly and really hard to work with.

Since latest update the app stop working at background when the other apps are running. Also notifications are no longer active and no way to turn them on over settings.

ICabbi refuse to answer message every time we send them. iPhone app updated one in four years and the problem was not even fixed.
