The older version was far more superior and user friendly than the current version. I used the app everyday and today I am not able to use to app at all. I will stop using the app. I will have to Go back on my pdf notes of all tables and figures of the ase guidelines. Simply, I need the calculators, the common formulae and flowcharts for diagnosis of common conditions. I need all my guidelines tables and flowchart at one place and handy whenever I need them. Please get the old version back and use the old version as the foundation and add the material to the old version of the app.

This app used to be great. It was hard to navigate but once you got used to it, you could find what you need. The latest update is horrific! I can’t believe someone designed this and then people reviewed it and still published it! Potentially the least user-friendly, least intuitive, and most horribly organized app I’ve ever seen in any genre. Totally useless. Don’t update your app if you didn’t already! Missing the old format. Hope the publishers see this and revert back because this is going to make us all uninstall it.

I find this app and the ASE website to be completely unacceptable and frankly beneath what one should expect from ASE. It is not easy to search and find things quickly when working on a report or a pt. Even simple things like finding a table that quickly lists the normal values for LV size and thickness, LA volumes, prosthetic valve gradients per size and type of vale are not readily available. Very disappointed, the British society of echo app is much better for simple things.

Once a very useful app, used daily in my clinical practice. Now, the app is virtually useless. It’s very cumbersome to find basic information. There seems to be several holes where updates are pending. I’m not sure what they intended to do but they ruined a perfectly useful tool. I’m looking for other resources.

I hope the ASE made a lot of money selling out to Hitachi. What was the app I used the most in my practice is now worthless to me. I can’t find any grading info on mild, mod, severe. You pick one option out of 10 and the next one has 14 options, incl. 2 separate ones for reviewers’ names. The text is locked so it can’t be copied. The previous nice tool for grading diastolic function is MIA. Maybe another app is on the way with the echo data. Stay away from this complicated mess.
