i-Ready Connect for Students

i-Ready is obviously not a kid’s favorite thing to do, but besides that, the app works perfectly fine. I haven’t come across any bugs or signs that, for example, say “Sorry, i-Ready isn’t functioning right now. Try again later.” However, I only do this because I am forced to. I don’t feel like this helps to improve my learning skills. It’s just a complete waste of time that reviews things I’ve learned a long time ago or shows me siemthung I have never seen before and have a difficult time learning or understanding. If my teachers didn’t put a 0% in the grade book becaus I didn’t do this, I owildnt even bother logging on.

This app is pointless, it doesn’t teach you anything and it definitely doesn’t help you in school. Whenever it’s the start of the school year and the teacher says that you have to at least do 2 lessons of math and ELA each week or do I-ready at all I cry. It tells you stuff that the school has already taught you and that’s another topic, the characters and how they waste so much valuable time. The lessons that try to prepare you for the test at the end take at minimum of 1 hour and that’s me getting the answers right immediately. Notice I said try to prepare you for the test because the lesson tries and fails miserably, anyway the test itself takes around an hour because the lesson doesn’t teach you crap so you’re taking 30 minutes of thinking and 30 more minutes of clicking. Now let me talk about how the lessons waste your time. For one, the lessons alone are a complete waste of time they can go die in a hole for all I care. Also, half the lesson is useless taking. Now I’m not talking about how the characters attempt to explain the material, no I’m talking about when they talk about nothing that relates to the lesson. The characters are also trash and annoying and meaningless. If you’re a normal person or a person at all I would not recommend this app, this stupid, pointless, meaningless, dumb, unimportant app it’s just a waste of time and space!

I don’t get the point of i-Ready. It’s a really bad site for students and it always says that your answers are wrong when there clearly right. So is IXL. And you can barely answer the questions because the people on there talk to much! At my school we have to do this crap EVERY WEDNESDAY. And I hate it! I ready always makes you reread when one character in the story wasn’t paying attention. (￣^￣) It’s so stupid how they do that. They just try to make excuses to reread the dumb story. And u know what I really hate about I ready? THERE QUIZZES! It doesn’t even teach u anything and u expect us to take a QUIZ on it!?! That’s why I always get the questions wrong! 😩THATS WHY IT ONLY HAS 3 STARS!!! And your still trying to make us learn! I-Ready and IXL are the most common but worst apps for us to learn! I hope that they will stop using this app to make us “learn”.

I just downloaded it back, but it said there is a problem that can’t be fixed on the app, please sign in on your computer. And that is just weird. I don’t have a pc at home so that is that. I can’t sign in on the web because I have iPad mini. Trust me I tried. Hope this problem isn’t a problem you too. I am just giving my opinion. Good luck. Also you should check out meh book!
