I Know How You Feel

The app is engaging and interactive. I used it with one of my client and he was able to complete 21 questions in one sitting. It is simple, helps to identify empathy, helps to figure out the appropriate thing to say in a given situation. My only critique is that I wish it allowed a game option for children 8+. Perhaps, you complete 10 questions and move onto the next round. Overall, this is a great therapeutic tool that I plan incorporating in my practice. Would be really great for the ASD population.

This app was helpful for children to learn about perspective taking, get them thinking about others, & how to communicate when they think about others. It opens up a great conversation about how they feel and how others might feel in certain situations.

This app is great for getting kids to understand that they need to be aware of other people's feelings. The kids have fun identifying appropriate responses as well as the inappropriate things people might say to others. Nice graphics and children's voices!

With appealing graphics and narration by children's voices, this app effectively teaches identification of feelings in various circumstances and empathy. Students/patients/children get immediate feedback and can earn a reward medal. Very worthwhile use of therapeutic time.

My students love using this app in speech class to identify feelings people have in a variety of situations. Level ll helps them learn appropriate responses. This has led to some good conversations regarding empathy and perspective taking. This app is a winner.
