You pick the camera you are using instead of sensor size; that I don't understand. I also don't get why they spent a lot of time trying to figure out the Hyperfocal distance for a powershot or other non-professional cameras. No one who is buying a fully automatic consumer camera is going to be wondering what their Hyperfocal distance is. Hyperfocal distance is a chart professionals use consumers hardly have a grasp on what an f-stop is. Also a lot of them don't even have manual focus so what is the point? I really kind of wish I could get my dollar back.

Hyperfocal distance is where to focus your camera so infinity is acceptably sharp and nearby sharpness is as close to your camera as possible. The Hyperfocal app is easy to use and is quite flexible as to camera, lens focal length and f/stop. Hyperfocal does exactly what it should. If you want to take photos that are sharp over as much distance as possible, GET THIS APP. The fine print: Hyperfocal won't help your iPhone or iPad camera because you cannot set its aperture or focal length.

There are other free apps that do much more than this. I was hoping I would be able to snap a photo with the iPhone camera and the app would give me a kelvin temp reading of the room for the white balance feature. Instead, it's just a white screen.

Wish I saw noticed past reviewer comments. I buy lots of apps but don't bother commenting regardless of quality. This one is bad, limited and certainly not updated.
