Humm

I use humm as both a personal and business tool. I’ve been using it at my business for 3yrs and I’ve never had a customer complain about not being able to make payments or being charged random fees. Personally it’s a great way to split a large payment into smaller more affordable amounts. Of course I would never recommend a financial payment option if I believe someone can not afford repayments, but if your looking for a way to get a few things done or buy a few things at once (such as furnishing a house, upgrading your car, etc) then humm is definitely something to consider. You can break it up to periods that best suit you, which is great as I know I’ll have it deducted after I get my pay slip.

I love this product. The app is easy to use. You get longer to pay off items so it’s a really affordable option. Also you can move your payment date around within a fortnight (a service which other buy now pay later options do not offer) so it’s extremely convenient as well. And the customer service team is nice and helpful. I had a family emergency and how to move a payment. I emailed them and they helped me out right away.

I purchased an item online for my sons birthday that was faulty, made contact via email about the return and refund of the item and received a response quick and conformation of approval to return item, great! I then returned said item to the purchasing shop by hand and had the return processed no problems by the retail worker, yet two weeks later, three emails and a phone call (being told I will have the refund by the end of the week no problems), I am still waiting for my refund of the first deposit plus the amount I paid off the item before returning it. I understand the faulty item was out of humms control but the return was processed and I am still waiting for the refund which is within their control. Very disappointing and am very hesitant to purchase with them again or recommending them incase something like this happens again.

As Avery long term customer of Certegy I recently required to log on, only to see we the CUSTOMER needed to down load this app HUMM log back in. Only to find I can’t make an extra payment the app crashes the customer service number when pressing “9” doesn’t work. As per previous reviewer no one advise of any changes nor did they let us the customer know of a new app. Disgraceful credit company who don’t look after existing customers. The app isn’t user friendly doesn’t work but they are quick to sell promote and charge you a fee. I wanted to pay April and Mays account to avoid the monthly fee but when pressing the pay button it crashes. I even tried to pay my entire account off and still crashes.

Couldn’t sign up to this service even after using multiple different forms of ID. The camera scanner doesn’t scan properly and when it automatically enters your information it’s all over the place which you then have to erase and enter manually only to receive the “cannot validate details try again” rubbish. I have used Afterpay and Zip with no problems at all and have always made repayments on time and had limits increased as a valued customer. This service called Humm is useless and I strictly DO NOT recommend this product. Going back to Afterpay and Zip where I can ACTUALLY use their product without any issues. See ya Humm, you just lost a good customer and yes, I will not be recommending your service to anyone.
