HTC you really have no business touching mobile devices if this is the level of experience you bring to the table with Bluetooth. The app flat out doesn't work, if it ever did it doesn't now..... I got it to work one time through the frustrations of flipping in and out of Bluetooth pairing and killing your app and restarting it. If mobile integration was where your bt failures ended I'd be annoyed but fine ... but oh no.... your stack for controlling the lighthouses works randomly, your staff has no understanding of troubleshooting and openVR developers on Reddit are actually more helpful than you are. For a device that costs $800 you really throw customers to the wolves. Lastly can you please pre-test your vive desktop upgrades before you butcher our machines?! Every swing update is met with a frustrating set of new problems like having to reinstall the app because it has lost whatever authentication key it had or the software stuck with some "pleas wait" overlay..... lastly and this may be on me as a consumer but 6 times I went to the Microsoft Store to try this headset out and 6 times there were issues with it (and I can see why) even at the time I got to actually put it on there was no sound!? I should have known better but seriously is this what we can expect when you rush things to market to beat a competitor?!

So, the app does connect to my Vive. It will show up on my computer and phone that it is connected, but when I get a call or text it does not show. I've never got it to work. I don’ know if you need the app open and on or what. The app needs to be fixed to forward notifications to the Vive while you're in game. Also, I am on an iPhone X and it does not fit the screen. Please fix this.

I was weary with all of the negative reviews, but for me, the process was flawless (although there was a lack of instructions in the app). I can see texts I receive, and also receive and answer phone calls. Really handy when the fiancé wants my attention without worrying about scaring me!

Had trouble at first pairing, then I worked great (confirm phone first, then PC). Things that would be nice to see in future updates: -pick up calls, and possibly a toggle between "hands free" Vive and Speakerphone on the phone. And if possible: -respond to text, and possibly start them (virtual keyboard already exists).

If you get stuck on the open Bluetooth in setting after connecting, and your computer has your phone, click connect to go Bluetooth and then when told return to the app
