I like the weight and look of this watch. Simple to use and has some nice features like turn wrist to view and phone notification display. Major issue is that the watch only displays in metric although the app does have an imperial option - go figure :-(. The app itself was pretty nice until I sync’d my first GPS hike. Now the app loads and a picture of the US pops up and the whole thing freezes. Hope they can update soon. Please give option for imperial on watch and fix GPS mapping issue on iPhone app.

Long story short.....poor quality product! Couldn’t Get the watch to sync with my iPhone. I emailed the customer service representative and went back-and-forth for many weeks. ( there is no telephone number to communicate with anyone! ) I know how to sync devices with my iPhone. I have done it many times. The representative insinuated the problem was my fault and that I did not know what I was doing… Believe me, the watch is faulty. Save yourself some time and aggravation and don’t order this morning! There are many superior products out there.

The synced data doesn't stay on iPhone. And how do I link the data to the health app?

This is a simple but functional app. Gives the steps, heartbeat and all the weekly data I need to stay on track. Love it.

Misreads sleep data, keeps saying I went to sleep a couple hours before I woke up. You should be able to tell the app what hours you were intending to sleep. A setting that allows me to adjust to the time I actually went to bed and when I actually got out of bed is needed here.
