Hourglass Time

This is hands down one of the better Secretary programs, it allows us to go completely electronic now. However for those who still print out cards and labels, the label format needs to be adjusted to a standard Avery Label size. Also the entered minutes should be adjusted to allow 1/2 hour segments as either .5 for half or .30 for minutes. Other than those few issues I enjoy the program.

The app works wonderfully, if I could make any suggestion to developers would be that it would be even better if the publishers could create accounts and with limited access to personal information of others, then they could turn there time immediately, avoiding a lot of common people who not wanting to send a report in because they don’t wanna text or put the work into hand writing it

I am the Secretary in our Cong and this has helped get 100% reporting in just the 2nd month is using it. the Secretaries should read thoroughly the website directions on how to use... no need for negative rating when don't understand... follow instructions on their website.. the mobile app is just a companion app the the program on the computer.

Please add the ability to enter fractions of time. For example we cannot add 12.5 or 12:30 hours. Currently it can only be rounded up or down to a whole number 12 or 13. We need to be able to capture the time as it’s actually reported. Otherwise a fantastic app. Thank you!

Our congregation recently started using Hourglass. So far it has proven to be very useful. One suggestion that would give it 5 stars. Have the ability to track field service activity throughout the month, similar to the MyTime app. Then at the beginning of the next month we can simply "Send Report" to the Secretary. Hope this helps
