Hotpot TV

I'd really like to be able to see the original Chinese and English subtitles together. But as of now, the English (or Spanish) sits right on top of the original Chinese, obscuring it :-(. I was hoping to use this app to improve my Chinese reading.

I watch all my shows between Netflix, Viki and HotPot. I have to say I’ve enjoyed the shows but....there’s nowhere for me to go to see my watch history which means I have to remember the title the episode and where in the episode I left off. Very frustrating. Also when I want to search anything there is no go back button. It constantly has to return to the home page. This irritates the fire out of me when I’ve taken the time to select a genre and all the things I want included. It goes back to the home page which means I have to start all over again. I’m headed in for surgery soon and was trying to get my shows in order seeing I’ll be laid up for 6 weeks. Not anywhere do you list a customer support number. A place to log a complaint or comment either. The most irritating to date? I’ve read all the reviews and no one has from your community has bothered to give an explanation or an answer let alone a thank you to your subscribers. Sorry. Count me out.

I got this app yesterday and it was working perfectly fine this morning i get back from works and find that the app doesn’t allow me to watch my shows or even just browse other shows I’m very disappointed with this and was really enjoying the app till now please fix this bug

Was ok needs an update! Screen goes white after your on the app for a few minutes.

I wanted to watch some shows on air in China but there are no English subtitles. Some dramas say they have Eng Sub and there are none. There’s no way to contact anyone for help. I believe this app can only get better bc the quality of the video for the dramas are great!! Just the subtitles need to get fixed.
