Can’t never get the app to update , when I try to go back in the app it blinks out won’t work .Do I need to delete the apps and start over , but I don’t won’t to do that because I will lose all my points and data. So can someone please contact me and tell me what to do without losing all of my points and data ?

I have been playing these games for years. They used to be the best. Not so much anymore. The games don’t hit for beans. If you happen to hit anything it will be by accident. It takes way too many spins to get anything to play with and by then you have no credits left. The amount of credits for the money is a rip off. Their internet has been down for almost two weeks and the message is to check your internet connection. My connection is good. That’s okay, you are saving me money. There are other games out there that offer way more credits for the money and their games actually hit. The customer support is all but non existent. Thanks for ruining what used to be great games that were fun to play without costing an arm aa d a leg. And I used to think old age had some privilege....joke is on me.

I loved this app for the past couple years but a couple weeks ago i got a new phone and i restored the backup and tried to play i wasnt logged into my account. I was level 160 something and now im level 1. Ive tried linking my marquee rewards account to the app daily but it just says “oops! Something went wrong try again later.” I even went to the cage at hollywood penn national to seek help because i submitted a support ticket through the app twice and only got an auto reply saying theyd contact me in 12-24 hours and they never did! The lady at the cage did everything she could then she sent an email from the casinos email address so hopefully this gets resolved bcuz i had every slot machine unlocked and that took a long time!

Used to be a great app/game, but now you can’t even link your Marquee (now MyChoice) Rewards account to the app even though they encourage you to link your account, it’s impossible now! I tried dozens of times, sent out emails to the “support team,” I even went to the extent of asking for help at the casinos players service desk and they sent an email to the people who are supposed to be in charge and never heard back from anybody months later...it’s a shame cuz this app had a lot of potential and was fun while it lasted...

Extremely frustrated, I was told to delete and reinstall account to solve the problem and my credits, level, keys and VIP points would be restored. However upon doing so, the game started me at the very beginning, after several attempts and after following their instructions and the promise of the game being restored from where I left off, the game never got restored from where I left off and the promise was never fulfilled.
