I thought the main idea behind mobile check in was to obtain a digital boarding pass??? Apparently that can’t be done on a return trip from Vietnam to HKG ( we are HKG residents). Now we get to wait in line at the airport......

Horrible customer service, only one counter opened at the airport to serve hundreds of people, online check-in using the app is broken, expensive baggage fees (not mentioned during online booking) flight delay, unprofessional employees. You don’t call yourself a budget airline and then scam your customers with optional fees.

will not fly with this cheap airline again. they spam sales ads during the flight on the big speaker while you’re sleeping. the floor is so bad and the attendants keep walking back and forth next to the narrow alley you can feel the vibration on your seat. it’s impossible to relax.
