hiitide: Virtual Book Clubs

I am in love with hiitide community! It took me a few months to really commit (to myself) but once I did, I found myself in the habit of checking the app first thing everyday. And sticking to my schedule. As a busy executive who’s always on the road, stuck in meetings or behind on emails, it was easy to make excuses to not focus on myself. I use Hiitide to manage my personal well being ... daily meditation, journaling, reading, exercise, Alcohol intake, or whatever else I feel compelled to include on my schedule. That’s the key ...you have a dedicated coach (a real human!) but you set your goals, they’re there to guide you. It feels great to have the coach and crew positively reinforce my progress. Highly recommend this app!

This program has been life changing for me. I joined YPO just over 2 years ago, and back then my goal was simple: stop gaining weight. Ashley listened and worked with me to design a program that got me moving. As time went on my goals evolved and Ashley continued to support me with attainable challenges that now include mind and nutrition wellness in addition to movement. All at my pace and designed around my goals. I am now over 25 lbs lighter than I was two years ago, but more importantly I am strong and I feel good. So grateful to have connected with the amazing HIITide crew and Ashley in particular.❤️❤️❤️

I first heard about this app this morning on “Good Morning America” and “The View”. They mentioned that you would have personal advisors to help. If you have a personal advisor, there is usually a monthly charge. But when I looked at the page at the Apple App Store, it didn’t specify. The concept sounded good and since I wanted to lose weight, I decided to download it to try it out. But before registering, I had to double check to see if there are any charges. After I tapped on one of the specialists, the truth came out. Each specialist charges a different fee. I decided to delete it because I could not afford this app. Apple has to specify if the app has a monthly fee so a person can make an informed decision.

I’ve been using the hiitide app for just about a year now, and I have to say I love the accessibility of the daily workouts, trainer and my teammates. The app really has kept me on track with my daily goals, and over the past year I have been the most active I have ever been. I know it’s because of the accountability that comes with the app and having a trainer/team see your progress. The app is constantly changing and improving; I highly recommend it if you’re looking to stay on track with your goals and want to be held accountable for your progress!

The hiitde app and team have thought me so much about what being healthy really means beyond weight loss. One of my favorite features is the virtual coaching by certified specialists, who create plans tailored to achieving my goals through personalized daily workouts and behavioral goals. Making this hands down the best health and fitness app there is if you are looking to achieve long-term results.
