So I first tried to download and create an account and this app would not let me do it. Since the last update or fix, I was able create an account. Now I am able to search and select restaurants, however, I am not able to place any order. I hit the carry out or delivery button and nothing happens. The history of my past orders and payments show up, and that is it. All I could do with this app is find restaurants and their locations, but I could not place any orders. My rating only went up to 2 stars from 1 because they were able to fix the creation of an account, but it is STILL NOT WORKING!!

I have restaurants that switched to this App. BRILLIANT!! I also eat at least daily at my restaurants. I use this exclusively. Fast, efficient, minimal issues. Great product. Also ToGo orders can be done quickly on here. One issue I would like to see an improvement on is I have a lot of credit cards that are filed by last 4 digits. But that requires me to look up my credit cards. I wish I had the ability to list the name or significance of the credit cards. Great product. Thanks.

I have had nothing but problems with this as a restaurant guest user. It has not enhanced my experience and has resulted in frustration. It fails to recognize my email a gmail account. This is a significant expense for any restaurant and at this time I would not recommend this to anyone. I went to the customer support to try to tell the company about the login problem. They seem to not want to fix their problems. Telling me to contact the restaurant so they can contact them. This is a real bad way to service a customer loyalty program. The restaurant gets all the heat and can’t do anything to fix the issue.

I downloaded the application as recommended by Tea Home in Hawaii so that I may collect rewards points. First two visits it worked, after that it didn’t work as smoothly. Needed to delete the app several times and re-add. Now it doesn’t recognize my email, so I can’t log in. When I try to make a new account it will automatically say invalid email. Called customer service, spoke with 6 different people who could not help. I visit tea home weekly, sometimes twice a week, I am losing out on my rewards!!!!

With all that is going on in the world this app has brought a lot of ease to the new day to day norm. Sometimes the contactless forms of payment don’t work on all the payment terminals so this app took my by surprise putting all the power in my hands. I love how easy and simple it is, plus I’ve been a mobile wallet freak so never having to take out my cards is the best.
