Husband left Feb 2019 and I was a stay at home wife with lots of health issues. He dropped insurance coverage before our divorce is finalized and I was devastated. Never having to use any Louisiana Medicaid programs I didn’t know how to apply or what I would be approved for... My plan is better than the coverage I had with my ex. Thank you

But I say that to say; this app helped me complete in mere seconds what over the phone lines an in office takes days to complete.

The ease of use of the website is better than I’d hoped for. Hope that it’s just as easy to choose my healthcare provider.

I have tried to navigate through this site in several occasions, each time being completely confused each time. I got a call saying it was time to renew my Medicaid. So I chose myself and went through the whole process of trying to change my insurance from one plan to another, only to be told I had to send a reason by mail or fax. I still don’t know if I completed what I was suppose to complete.

Makes things a lot easier.
