HealthU+: Tracker & Weightloss

I absolutely love this app. I have struggled with weight my whole life, this app has helped me lose 25 pounds in two months and I’m not done yet. I wish I had not waited so long to try it. It’s been the easiest and most rewarding program I’ve ever done. I can’t say enough good things about this app. If your second guessing on trying this app DON’T! All you have is weight to lose. It really works.

I have finally gotten through my head that 20 pounds isn’t going to come off and stay off in 2 weeks! I started my journey after the 4th of July and in 2 1/2 months have lost 10 pounds! Are there days I use too many points? It’s happened! But I pick myself up and start a new day! Hope to lose another 10 by Christmas! The helps me to be honest with myself.

Like everyone who is using this app because I need to loose weight. I am pleasantly surprised as to how helpful it is. I have lost 38 lbs in 2 months using this app and am going to continue. It has a lot of handy features that help with my weight loss. I also love Connect feature, it is very helpful. Thanks healthU. Addendum: It is Sept. 12 and so far this program is working for me. Lost 74.6 lbs so far. 🎉

Works well Easy to use. But I do wish it had a place to log our water we drink each day. Perhaps just a box or bullet dot that we could check with each water we drink. I know it would encourage me to drink more water. I drink other beverages, but definitely could use more water. I think that would be a nudge in that direction. Thanks for all you do for us.

I so enjoy this app. It is easy to use and it has helped me with tracking everything.. and I m so glad the meditation and exercise are included. The posts of support from others on this healthy journey has also made a Huge difference for me. This is my first time with healthU and it has been a great experience. I have become a true healthU believer. Thanks so much !!
