I setup the cam with a direct connection then went into the settings and connected it to my 2.4ghz WiFi . The cam reset itself and went back to direct connection mode . It will not stay connected to WiFi so I can’t even view it remotely . When I click app support it takes me to a Chinese page which I don’t understand . It’s all a dead end .

I have tried other cameras before this one and as soon as the new update came out they stopped working. I reached out to this seller who promised that these cameras would work remotely, however, they only worked until the update came out for the app. After that, they can no longer be viewed remotely.

This app will not hold settings. Every time I launch I I need to synchronize the time and out in the wireless let. I have to leave the camera connected to my laptop in order to use it.

Guys, I don’t know what to tell you; this works for me. It’s a bit tricky I’ll admit, but it’s working fine.

I want to say that you can’t even set up the cams from the app.. I’ve had them now for a few weeks and get frustrated and put them away till I try again. Is this a scam or what?
