Paid my lesco and Sui bill through the application. I had problems logging in before because I was trying to log in with WiFi. Due to security HBL will only let you log in if you are doing it through the phone network. Please add Daraz as a bill pay, because I don’t want to give them my debit card.

HBL needs to learn from other banks. App requests too many clicks/taps to navigate. E.g. first screen should take to the account summary but it in fact opens to the dashboard. There is no option to customize the home screen. Transfer of funds do not have option for family support - the most obvious choice the HBL seems to have ignored. App doesn’t seem to get updated automatically unlike every other app on the App Store, or it keeps asking to update but there is not update available. Too much money and resources spent on below standard and difficult to navigate app.

This app is so useful and helpful that everyone should us this app. UI is much better, now finger id secure and u can check ur balance with single tap. What u can do: Almost every thing: online buying, payment transfer, recharge your phone, pay your bills etc

1. Sometimes didn’t show own accounts for funds transfer 2. While transferring funds to others account, option “from accounts” don’t work. It create quite embarrassing situation while you are unable to transfer funds. Need to fix the issues and update it Many times installed and uninstalled, no effect. HBL DON’T bother the reviews even I called customer here, the guy has no clue except restart mobile which I did many times. Plz fix the issue. It’s pain in the neck.

Worked fine until it stopped. The updated app cannot send OTP while trying to reset the transaction password. It will also not show my CC as a card to select when trying to pay Transworld enterprises monthly bill. Looks like very limited QA was performed before sending the app in production.
