I definitely had success using this app, however I did encounter some occasional errors. I hit bonus games on two different slots but the games froze when I tried starting the bonus rounds. It allowed me to play other slot games but wouldn’t allow me to use the ones that froze at the bonus game screen. Either way I won a decent chunk of money in a short period of time. I only played slots so I’m unable to rate the other games. The app was easy to use and their tech support was dependable.

First, their promise of deposit match is misleading. For example: if you deposit $100, you receive 10 separate $10 pending bonuses. You must spend (per my estimate $50-60) to unlock a single bonus. I wagered roughly $250 - $300 (wins, loss, wins, etc), from an initial $100 deposit, never going above $160. I noticed the deposit of only one $10 bonus, though the app stated I was awarded three. This is a joke when compared to all other platforms; others grant the deposit match all at once. Second, they have so few game that playing on this platform gets old after a few generic games. I recommend going with anything but this platform.

Requested a withdraw over 72 hours, status of withdraw states “awaiting process”. Sent all necessary documentation required to withdraw, still no updates and not processing. Customer service does not respond, has no live chat and r not accepting phone calls at this time. I would not recommend using harrahs online casino if u expect to withdraw your winnings, every other online casino I’ve used has a 24 hour live chat and gives an eta of when ur withdraw will be processed. Will be going back to golden nugget, thanks harrahs for wasting my time.

I just downloaded this app because it sounded great to finally play with real money and after entering all of my personal information and successfully creating my account I received a large notification that I’m not in The state of New Jersey and I’m prohibited from wagering and using this app. And something about action being taken if I attempt to play. It made me very uncomfortable, I didn’t attempt to play, and I immediately sent HarrahsCasino a request to delete my account. This was not cool.
